Yelena Sinyak is the Division Manager of the Direct Hire Accounting and Finance Division of firstPRO Philadelphia. Her responsibilities include overseeing the sales and recruitment process for the Direct Hire Accounting and Finance Division. Her team specializes in the permanent placement of candidates at the Staff, Senior, Supervisor, Management, and VP level of their Accounting and Finance disciplines.
Yelena joined firstPRO in 2009 as a Team Lead and was quickly promoted to Division Manager in 2010. Yelena brings 10 years of recruiting and sales experience within the Philadelphia market. Her strong relationships with both her clients and candidates have driven her success in finding them the right long term match.
Prior to joining firstPRO, she worked for Kforce for 9 years and her most recent role there was as the Market Manager for their Direct Hire Accounting and Finance Division. She graduated from Penn State University with her BS in Finance in 1998. She spent the first 3 years of her career as a Financial Analyst for Kimberly Clark before she was recruited to Kforce.
